This project involved exterior renovation and structural enhancement works for a residential property located in Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru. The objective of the project was to improve the overall appearance, functionality, and ventilation of the property while maintaining a modern and elegant architectural style.

The renovation works included façade improvement, installation of decorative ventilation blocks, balcony roofing installation, entrance door installation, and exterior finishing works. Special attention was given to the design elements to ensure the house maintains a clean and contemporary appearance while improving airflow and natural lighting.

Our team installed architectural ventilation blocks that provide both aesthetic value and functional ventilation to the building. Additionally, structural works were carried out to reinforce the balcony area and install a protective roofing structure for better weather protection.

A custom arched entrance door was installed to enhance the visual appeal of the home’s interior transition spaces, while exterior plastering and finishing works were completed to ensure a smooth and refined final look.
