This project involved the exterior renovation and landscape enhancement of a single-storey residential property located in Kampung Kempas Lama, Johor Bahru. The objective was to modernize the overall appearance of the house while improving functionality, outdoor comfort, and visual appeal.

The renovation works focused on upgrading the house façade, front porch area, exterior wall finishing, and landscape design. Decorative stone wall cladding was installed to create a contemporary architectural feature that enhances the aesthetic character of the building.

In addition, the front porch area was redesigned to provide a welcoming entrance with improved accessibility and a clean, elegant layout. New railings, tiled flooring, and structural finishing were carefully integrated to complement the house’s modern exterior style.

Landscape improvements were also implemented along the perimeter of the house, including raised brick planter beds and carefully arranged greenery to create a balanced outdoor environment. These elements not only improve the visual appearance of the property but also add functional outdoor space for the homeowners.
